    Job Description

    • Prepare the presentations of the dishes and trays for the banquets. Prepare cold dishes. Operate ovens, kitchens, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare dishes. Prepare ingredients for cooking, for example, divide food into portions, chop and store before use. Prepare and cook food. Weigh, measure and mix the ingredients. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Monitor the quality of food while preparing food and throughout the day. Test the dishes to determine if they have been cooked enough. Guarantee the quality of food and notify the manager in the event that there is a product that does not meet the specifications. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment.Establish and divide jobs. Check and make sure the temperature of the appliances and food is correct.

    Loss Prevention Officer

    Position Summary

    • Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints.     • Literacy: Skillful in art of writing to compose reports, correspondence, business letters
    • Numeracy: Excellent mathematic skills are required to be able to compile and analyze budgets and hotel figures 
    • Language: Excellent communication skills in English Language – PR and interpersonal relations.
    • Physical: Well groomed, able to work long hours-professional in appearance.
