Job Responsibilities:

We are currently looking to hire a Sales and Merchant acquisition specialist for our B2B product (Zide). The ideal candidate will be responsible for Merchant Acquisition, developing sales strategies and identifying business growth opportunities for this product.

• Follow up with Marketing generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities. Move solid leads through the funnel, and arrange meetings
• Identify high-potential businesses, verticals and markets, and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Zide
• Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and determine how best to scale them
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from Marketing
• Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability
• Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity
• Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts
• Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to Marketing to help improve targeting and messaging
• Work with customers to support their activation & deployment of Zide services

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking, fintech or similar industries.
• Hands-on experience onboarding and managing Merchants within the finance industry and meeting sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thought process.
• Ability to execute goals independently with little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our company. As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence systems and solutions.
• Your expertise and insights will contribute to data-driven decision-making and provide valuable actionable insights to our organization. This role requires proficiency in Tableau, Metabase, PostgresSQL, and potentially BigQuery or Redshift.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our business intelligence infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable data integration, transformation, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical requirements, translating them into effective and scalable business intelligence solutions.
• Create optimized data models, database schemas, and ETL processes using PostgresSQL, BigQuery, Redshift, or other appropriate technologies.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Metabase, empowering users to explore data and extract valuable insights.
• Drive best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security within the business intelligence environment.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of the business intelligence systems, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in the field of business intelligence and data visualization, mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success as a Business Intelligence Engineer or in a similar role, with a minimum of [X] 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Extensive experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Metabase, including advanced dashboard design, report creation, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in relational databases like PostgresSQL and expertise in data modeling and schema design.
• Demonstrated experience with ETL processes and tools, along with a deep understanding of data integration and transformation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing technologies such as BigQuery or Redshift is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
