Job Description

• We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner for a Professional Services firm.
• The ideal talent must have a combination of HR Consulting & Business Development experience (spanning a minimum period of 7 - 10 years) and must also be willing to partner in a management consulting firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 - 10 years of experience as an HR Consultant/HR Business Partner
• Verifiable Business Development track record
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislations
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage classified information
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource Information Technology
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills A mix of Consulting, Business Development and HR Business Partnering Experience (In-house practice) would be an advantage
• Experience in Project Management and Human Capital Outsourcing

• The ideal talent/firm, aside being chartered with a recognized accounting professional body, must have a combination of taxation, auditing and financial accounting experience spanning a minimum period of 5 years of serving a Management Consulting firm and organisations with a group business model.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification is OND
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Must be target driven and persuasive.
• Very smart, vibrant and proactive.
• Candidates who possess a valid driver’s license and reside around Agege, Berger and Ikeja axis would be preferred.

Remuneration

• Monthly Salary + Commission
