HR Manager at Career Pool International

A reputable Salon located around Chevron Alternative Road, Lekki, Lagos is seeking an experienced and responsible HR Manager to join its team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage staff attendance, leave, performance, and employee relations.
• Handle disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support staff training, development, and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Advise management on HR matters and workplace practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a salon, beauty, hospitality, or customer-service environment is an added advantage.
