- Conceptualize, develop, and launch a suite of innovative, high-value propositions and financial tools specifically designed to meet the complex needs of SMEs.
Team Leadership & Talent Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of FirstOnline Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring rigorous execution from ideation and requirements definition to launch and post-launch performance analysis.
Data-Driven User Experience & Optimization:
- Institutionalize a data-driven, user-centric culture to relentlessly optimize the platform’s usability, functionality, and end-to-end customer journey.
- Leverage advanced data analytics and direct user feedback to make informed, high-impact decisions on platform enhancements and feature prioritization.
Stakeholder Management & Influence:
- Articulate and champion the product vision, strategy, progress, and performance metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders across the bank.
- Forge powerful collaborative partnerships with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to guarantee flawless product releases and impactful go-to-market execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of managing and scaling complex, web-based financial platforms for business users.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing product management teams.
