Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit PSURs (Periodic Safety Update Reports).
• Generate and regularly update PSMFs (Pharmacovigilance System Master Files).
• Manage adverse reactions, customer complaints, and generate ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports) for Fidson products.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Pharmacovigilance Unit.
• Prepare SMPCs (Summary of Product Characteristics) and PILs (Patient Information Leaflets) for Fidson products.
• Implement and monitor Post-Marketing Surveillance activities for the company.
• Document and perform statistical analysis of annual post-market surveillance data.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities on pharmacovigilance matters.
• Engage with hospitals, primary healthcare centres, and other relevant stakeholders on pharmacovigilance activities.
• Conduct product research and literature reviews.
• Examine and review product safety profiles.
• Prepare pharmacovigilance intelligence reports.
• Follow up on pharmacovigilance audits and inspections.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Educational Requirement:

Current Holder’s Qualification(s):

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Reporting & Analysis

• Supervise timely preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reports
• Design and maintain dashboards/templates using Excel and Power BI
• Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and root cause analysis
• Validate data from ERP, CRM, and field reports to ensure accuracy
• Consolidate regional sales data for national reporting and management use
• Review reports and dashboards prepared by Commercial Business Analyst

Revenue & Cost Management

• Monitor trade expenses (rebates, commissions, promotions) vs. approved budgets
• Analyze distributor credit limits and outstanding balances with Sales and Treasury
• Evaluate trade terms and incentive schemes to improve profitability
• Track and validate selling expenses, brokerage, and promotional costs
• Ensure WHT calculations and remittances comply with policy
• Assess ATL and BTL marketing initiative cost-effectiveness

Forecasting & Planning

• Lead forecasting activities across products and sales channels
• Provide input for demand planning and inventory optimization
• Assist with scenario modeling and rolling forecasts
• Analyze sales history for budget and target planning
• Coordinate Sales and Marketing budgeting processes

Commercial Strategy Execution & Business Partnering

• Support evaluation of new market opportunities and product launches
• Conduct ROI analysis on trade and marketing programs
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for integrated financial planning

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify and address inefficiencies in reporting and analysis processes
• Drive automation through Power BI and ERP tools
• Develop SOPs for commercial reporting and analysis

Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise and guide the Commercial Business Analyst
• Provide coaching on data analysis and visualization
