    Restaurant Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards, and supervising restaurant staff.
    • The ideal candidate must be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing service delivery efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to service standards.
    • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints and feedback.
    • Coordinate table arrangements, reservations, and staff scheduling.
    • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel operational procedures.
