Job Summary

• The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards, and supervising restaurant staff.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing service delivery efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints and feedback.
• Coordinate table arrangements, reservations, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel operational procedures.
• Train, guide, and support waiters and restaurant staff to improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory control of restaurant supplies and ensure proper usage.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service procedures.
• Relevant hospitality qualification is an added advantage.
