Responsibilities

• Information & Enquiries: Answer guest questions about the hotel's facilities, services, and local points of interest.
• Errands: Run errands such as taking and picking up dry cleaning, delivering mail or newspapers, and taking messages.
• Transportation: Arrange taxis, help with parking cars, and assist with booking tickets or travel.
• Luggage Handling: Greet arriving guests, help them with their luggage, and transport it to their rooms.
• Event Support: Assist with setting up conference rooms, moving furniture, or transporting equipment for meetings and banquets.
• Public Area Maintenance: Keep public areas, including the lobby and hallways, clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Supply Management: May help manage and monitor supplies, reporting shortages to the relevant department.
• Safety & Security: Respond to safety and security issues and ensure a safe work environment.
• Guest Relations: Ensure a positive guest experience by responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.

• Operations Management: Coordinate and oversee daily operations across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff, fostering high performance and morale to deliver excellent guest service.
• Guest Services: Ensure outstanding customer service, resolve guest complaints and issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Monitor hotel finances, develop budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial data to optimize profitability and achieve revenue goals.
• Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, drive business, increase occupancy, and build customer relationships.
• Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws, while also supervising maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
• Reporting & Strategy: Prepare performance reports for senior management, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to improve branch performance and drive growth.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 3-5 years work experience.
