    Customer Service Officer

    Job Summary

    • A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify customer needs and deliver satisfactory services
    • Build trust through clear, consistent communication
    • Provide accurate information using proper tools.
    • Meet sales and call handling targets.

    Bank Teller

    Job Summary

    • We are searching for an organized, attentive Bank Teller to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals.

    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries.
    • Process and verify cash, checks, and specialized services (cashier’s checks, money orders, currency exchange)
    • Handle loan, mortgage, and utility payments.
    • Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawer daily.
    • Resolve account issues and promote bank products and services.
    • Follow all bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. 

    Education and Experience

    • Experienced as a teller or in a related field preferred
    • Clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred
    • Knowledge of customer service principles
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office products
