We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and support talent acquisition initiatives.
The ideal candidate must have experience in business development within a consulting, HR, or service-based environment, with hands-on knowledge of recruitment processes.
The role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, close deals, and support recruitment delivery by understanding and responding to client hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Present company services to prospective clients and negotiate business agreements
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts
Meet and exceed assigned sales and growth targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely talent delivery
Support recruitment activities by coordinating job briefs, assisting with candidate sourcing, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates
Ensure client satisfaction throughout both the business development and recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Business Development with recruitment exposure
Strong understanding of sales strategy, client acquisition, and lead conversion
Working knowledge of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/recruitment platforms.
