    Driver

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess at least first school leaving certificate or an OND qualification with a minimum of 1-5 years of work experience.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
    • Working knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
    • The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
    • Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles, including Sienna, Van and Hilux
    • Punctual and reliable.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 per month.

    Pastry Chef

    Job Description

    • We are urgently seeking a skilled professional to create exquisite desserts and baked goods for our establishment in Lagos.

    Key Responsibilities
    This role requires a high degree of precision, creativity, and knowledge in the art of pastry. Your duties will include:

    • Production & Preparation: Expertly preparing and baking a wide range of products including cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, tarts, and plated desserts.
    • Menu & Recipe Development: Innovating and developing new, appealing, and delicious dessert recipes, and ensuring consistency by accurately following and standardizing existing recipes.
    • Decoration & Presentation: Using advanced techniques (e.g., piping, glazing, chocolate work) to decorate, plate, and present all items to a high, aesthetically pleasing standard.
    • Inventory & Cost Control: Managing the ordering, storage, and proper rotation of all pastry ingredients, ensuring minimal waste and adherence to budget.
    • Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining the pastry section of the kitchen in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition, strictly adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Confectioner in a professional kitchen or bakery.
    • Exceptional skills in various baking techniques, including dough preparation, chocolate work, and decorative finishing.
    • Strong creativity and attention to detail for exquisite presentation.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain quality under pressure.
