    Regional Sales Manager (FMCG)

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and manage distributor and sales team operations across the Kano region.
    • The ideal candidate will be results-driven, commercially savvy, and capable of delivering sustained revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
    • Manage, motivate, and supervise sales teams and distributors within the region
    • Expand market penetration and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships
    • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
    • Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all channels
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
    • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support regional initiatives

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, with proven FMCG industry exposure
    • Prior experience managing regional sales operations and teams
    • Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
    • In-depth knowledge of the Kano and Northern Nigeria market is an added advantage
    • Ability to resume work immediately.

    Salary
    N400,000 monthly and above (commensurate with experience).

    Electrical Sales Engineer Executive

    Job Summary

    Procurement Specialist (SAP & Spare Parts) - FMCG

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with FMCG experience to manage the sourcing and procurement of spare parts and technical materials.
    • The ideal candidate must be proficient in SAP and capable of ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement to support production and operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Source and procure spare parts and technical materials using SAP
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
    • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
    • Support maintenance and production teams with reliable material supply.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG procurement, particularly spare parts
    • Proven experience in FMCG procurement, especially spare parts
    • Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM module preferred)
    • Good negotiation, planning, and communication skills.

    Salary
    N300,000 Monthly.
