    Customer Service Officer (Machine Maintenance)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive Customer Service officer to support our spare parts and service operations.
    • The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, coordinate service activities, process quotations and invoices, and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
    • Experience in CRM or service coordination will be an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Repair and maintenance Services
    • Coordinate after-sales service activities to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare quotations and process orders for spare parts and repairs.
    • Handle invoicing and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
    • Follow up with customers on service delivery and payment status.
    • Submit periodic reports as required by management.
    • Maintain organized filing of all service and sales records.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • 1 – 2 years relevant experience in service, sales support, or spare parts operations

    Tele-Verification Officer (TVO)

    About the Role

    • We are looking for an experienced Tele-Verification Officer to validate client information and KYC documents as part of the credit evaluation process. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional on calls, and able to manage high verification volumes in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct phone-based verification with clients, guarantors, employers, and references
    • Review and validate KYC documents

    Site Manager / Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee EPC substation installation projects from planning to completion.
    • Ensure effective feasibility analysis, project planning, cost management, resource allocation, design coordination, procurement, and execution.
    • Hold and attend customer meetings while maintaining strong professional relationships.
    • Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned projects.
    • Monitor site progress continuously and ensure compliance with scheduled supply plans.

    Distribution Management System Officer

    About the Role

    • To manage and support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Distributor Management System (DMS) with assigned distributors.
    • The role ensures accurate data capture, seamless integration with SFA/ERP, and timely reporting of sales, stock, and route activities.

    Tally Accountant

    Location: Km 12, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Oluyole FTZ, Ibadan - Oyo

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our agro-allied operations.
    • The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Tally ERP software, strong accounting knowledge, and familiarity with financial processes within the agro-allied or related manufacturing industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
    • Prepare, verify, and post accounting entries related to sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
    • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers regularly.
    • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
    • Track inventory and ensure proper valuation in coordination with the store and production departments.
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    • Support in statutory compliance such as VAT, WHT, PAYE, and other regulatory filings.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and company records.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience in the agro-allied, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.
    • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (or newer versions) is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Preference lady candidate.
