Sales and Merchandising: Execute sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure our products are displayed prominently and attractively in retail outlets.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships
with retailers and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Reporting: Prepare clear and concise sales and inventory reports using MS Office tools. Provide regular feedback and reports to management.
Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and sales.

What we are looking for:
3 - 6 years of relevant experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Minimum qualification of HND in related field.
Proven leadership and teamwork experience.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices for creating attractive and impactful product displays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with retail store personnel and customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about the cashew industry and new products.

Experience in a food processing company.
Strong understanding of the FMCG industry dynamics.
The Procurement Lead will be responsible for managing the procurement process of raw materials and supplies necessary for our cashew processing operations.
This role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth and cost-effective acquisition of goods, fostering strong supplier relationships, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
What you will be doing:
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient acquisition of raw materials.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions.
Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets and forecast procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
Prepare clear and concise reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
What we are looking for:
