    Head of Sales & Marketing

    About the Role:

    • Our client is one of the foremost manufacturing companies in Lagos with interests in the Plastic manufacturing sector of the economy. As part of the effort to diversify our operation, we require experienced and qualified Head of Sales & Marketing to join our team 
    • The ideal candidate must have vast experience in sales & marketing and must have led and manage full Sales team of 25. Must be an existing head of sales and marketing managerial position for at least 5 years in a reputable company with no less than N2,000,000,000 (Two Billion Naira) monthly turnover.

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies:
    • Set and achieve sales targets:
    • Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities:
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales and marketing teams:
    • Manage and oversee the sales and marketing functions:
    • Conduct market research and analysis:
    • Use data analytics to inform decision-making:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders:
    • Develop and manage customer experience initiatives:
    • Foster collaboration between sales teams:
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, sales teams, and customers.

    In addition to these core responsibilities, the Head of Sales and Marketing may also be involved in activities such as: 

    • Developing and implementing pricing strategies.
    • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities .
    • Generate actionable insights for strategy improvement
    • Identify new routes to market

    Qualifications, Experience and /skill

    • Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or related field. (Master degree preferably)
    • At least 10 years of relevant experience at managerial level
    • Good customer relationship manager (CRM)
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities

    Dealer Manager / Data Analyst

    About the Role:

    • Our client, a key player in the plastic manufacturing industry, is seeking a Dealer Manager / Data Analyst to drive informed decision-making through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data. This dual-function role blends data analysis with dealer network management to enhance strategic planning and execution.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Collect and analyze sales data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and sales reports
    • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive growth and forecast future performance
    • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and operations
    • Track key performance indicators, build reports and dashboards, and present findings to relevant stakeholders

    Sales Zonal Manager

    About the Role:

    • Our client, a major player in the plastic manufacturing industry, is looking to hire experienced Sales Zonal Managers to oversee and drive sales performance within key regions across Nigeria. This role requires individuals with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of regional markets, and a proven track record in managing teams and dealer networks.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales target and manage dealer’s sales performance
    • Preparation of reports on Target vs. actual achievement, customer- wise and product-wise as assigned for the region on weekly/ monthly basis.                                
    • Co-ordinate with National Sales Coordinator to agree on the allocation of each product for availability within an agreed time frame with customer.
    • Market feedback – price, competition and new product developments.
    • Promote sales through agreed marketing strategy.
    • Develop new customer base.
    • Maintain cordial relationship between the company and the dealer
    • Continuous reporting on sales achievement, competitive actions and market related issues.

    Qualifications, Experience and /skill

    • Bachelor degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

    Sales Development Manager

    About the Role:

This role is critical in driving revenue growth through strategic dealer acquisition, performance monitoring, and sales team development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of developing successful sales pipelines and ensuring compliance across multiple regions.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the sales pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality dealers, leading to sustainable revenue growth
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with company standards on Dealer Grade Ratio across all regions
    • Ensure adherence to the Dealer-to-Sales Rep ratio as defined by company policy
    • Analyze and monitor performance metrics for all sales representatives to identify areas for improvement
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the sales team across regions

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial sales role
    • Strong experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
    • Previous experience in the manufacturing or plastic industry is a plus
