Description

• Ensure adherence to the Company HACCP plan, GHP and Food safety policy.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Engage relevant departments to ensure compliance with environmental hygiene standards.
• Monitor daily adherence to cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to PPE rules.

Requirements

• BSc. Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Food Microbiology.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards (GHP, GMP).
• Must be familiar with ISO 22002 Food Safety Management System.
• Knowledgeable in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point.
• Knowledge of Food Quality/Safety Controls.
• Knowledge of Relevant National Food Standard.
• Understand the process of food testing including organoleptic testing.
• Proximity to Island is key.
