    Finance Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process customer payments and reconcile collections from bank transfers,payment gateways, and online channels.
    • Prepare and issue invoices for broadband subscriptions, dedicated internet services, enterprise solutions, and installation fees.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue customer payments in collaboration with the Customer Service and Sales teams.
    • Process vendor payments for bandwidth providers, equipment suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate financial records, journals, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
    • Support the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets and operating expenses.
    • Process payroll and ensure timely remittance of PAYE, pension, and other statutory deductions.
    • Prepare tax schedules and ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations.
    • Reconcile customer billing records with the billing system (e.g., Radius Manager or ERP) to ensure billing accuracy.
    • Assist with inventory valuation and financial records relating to network equipment and spare parts.
    • Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor the organization's liquidity.
    • Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial records and documentation.
    • Generate financial reports and provide insights to management to support business decisions.
    • Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
    • Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Head of Finance.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience.

    Fiber Engineer 

    Responsibilities

    • Install, terminate, splice, and test fiber optic cables for customer installations and network expansion projects.
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the FTTH and backbone fiber network.
    • Conduct fiber optic testing using OTDR, Optical Power Meter, Light Source, Visual Fault Locator (VFL), and other testing equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve fiber faults, signal degradation, and network outages within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Install, configure, and maintain Optical Line Terminals (OLTs), Optical Network Terminals (ONTs), splitters, and associated fiber infrastructure.
    • Perform customer installations, relocations, upgrades, and service restorations.
    • Carry out fiber route surveys and recommend the most efficient installation paths.
    • Ensure proper cable routing, labeling, and documentation of all fiber installations.
    • Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues affecting service quality.
    • Perform emergency restoration of damaged fiber cables resulting from cuts or other network incidents.
    • Coordinate with the GNOC, Project, Infrastructure, and Customer Support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Ensure all installations comply with company standards, engineering specifications, and safety regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, fault resolutions, and network changes.
    • Assist in the deployment and commissioning of new fiber infrastructure projects.
    • Conduct acceptance testing for newly deployed fiber links and customer connections.

    Procurement Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
    • Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
    • Obtain quotations and compare prices to ensure value for money.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to avoid stock shortages.
    • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
    • No prior experience is required.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct quality inspections of fiber installations, network infrastructure, and customer premises equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Perform routine quality audits on engineering projects, customer installations, and maintenance works.
    • Verify that completed installations comply with approved engineering designs, technical specifications, and safety requirements.

    • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and prepare periodic performance reports.
    • Perform any other quality assurance or operational improvement duties assigned by management.
