Procurement Officer at Ngcom Network Solutions Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Obtain quotations and compare prices to ensure value for money.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to avoid stock shortages.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery.
• Work closely with other departments to understand procurement needs and requirements.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
