As the Finance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and operations to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the organization
Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance with regulatory, tax, and accounting standards
Build and manage financial models, unit economics, and performance metrics to support decision-making
Manage investor, donor, and stakeholder financial reporting, including grants and funding compliance
Establish and strengthen financial policies, systems, and internal controls as the organization scales
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, preferably within startups, healthcare, or technology-driven organizations
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or MBA) is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, IFRS, and the Nigerian regulatory environment
Proven experience managing grants, donor funds, or investor reporting.
