    Finance and Accounts Officer

    Job Description

    • Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a competent and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Officer to support its administrative and financial operations.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date Financial records in accordance with company policy and accounting standards .
    • This role requires a highly organized professional who can multitask effectively and coordinate both administrative and financial functions within a fast-paced work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the preparation and monitoring of clients invoice & receivables
    • Support the management of company's payments and financial obligations
    • Assist in coordinating payroll preparation and verification processes
    • Assist in preparing periodic financial reports to support management decisions
    • Maintain proper filing systems for administrative and financial records
    • Support the monitoring of company expenditures and operational costs
    • Support compliance with internal financial policies & regulatory requirements
    • Support month end and year end finacial closing processes

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative and accounting role(ICAN is an added advantage)
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Ability to multitask and manage both administrative and financial responsibilities
    • Strong organizational and documentation management skills
    • Close attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.

    Team Lead, Security Operations

    Job Description

    • Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a competent and detail-oriented Team Lead, Security Operations Officer to Provide leadership and operational coordination across all deployed security teams.

    Responsibilities include:

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that operational teams maintain the required level of vigilance, discipline, and professionalism .
    • This role requires a highly organized professional who can supervise the performance of Security Coordinators within a fast-paced work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance, direction, and support to Security Coordinators responsible for managing site-level operations
    • Ensure that security personnel across all deployments comply with company policies and operational procedures.
    • Oversee the reporting and management of security incidents across operational sites .Conduct periodic inspections of client sites to ensure operational compliance and service quality.
    • Monitor the performance and professionalism of security personnel through the operational chain of command.
    • Support communication and coordination with client representatives regarding operational security services
    • Support management in planning operational deployments and staffing requirements.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. / HND in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field
    • Professional security certifications are an advantage (e.g., CPP, PSP, PCI, or equivalent)
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Strong operational leadership capability
    • Ability to manage multiple security sites simultaneously
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
