    Field Marketer

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying our target audience to ensure we present our products in a befitting manner
    • Conducting market research and drawing up preliminary marketing plans
    • Candidates must be performance and results driven to reach objectives and expected results and be able to operate under fast changing pace environment.
    • Must be able to interact with customers and stakeholders within retail environment as well as internal environment.
    • Must have the ability to anticipate, evaluate and follow the implementation of change.
    • Capacity to work and interact within team and with stakeholders from various divisions.
    • Candidates needs to be able bodied, enthusiastic, energetic and willing to travel daily
    • Must be able to handle pressure and be a team player Monitoring current market trends and customer demands to improve our marketing practices
    • Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits.
    • Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs.
    • Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams
    • Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.
    • Generate leads and drive sales.
    • Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales.
    • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years Proven sales and merchandising experience.
    • HND/BSC in Marketing, Business, or Communications
    • Excellent knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends
    • Superb communication skills to coordinate our marketing activities with the copywriting team
    • Ability to multi-task & strong selling skills
    • Strong relationship building skills

    Sales Officer (FMCG)

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
    • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
    • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
    • Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
    • FMCG Sales experience
    • Passion for selling
    • Evidence of high performance in a previous sales role
    • Ability to drive with driver’s license

    Area Sales Manager (FMCG)

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
    • Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
    • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
    • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
    • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
    • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

    Requirements:

    • Exposure to channel sales and management – distribution/dealer network.
    • Exposure to institutional sales/relationship management.
    • Must have worked in local markets in the region
    • Outgoing and Sales oriented personality.
    • Pleasing profile and good interpersonal skills.

    Sales Executive - Fixed Line

    Responsibilities

    • Cold Calling in designated coverage cluster of Home Estates
    • Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales
    • Send daily reports and updates as required by ASM/FBB Head Sales
    • Meetings with Clients at their premises/homes
    • Follow up with leads daily for sales generation
    • Sales Officer-Fixed Line requires many soft skills and an understanding of technical aspects.
    • Liaise with the Customer care team to help customers in recharging and resolution of
    • complaints as part of customer retention and life cycle management.
    • Develop, build, and manage a client base for references and repeat sales
    • Handle the sales process at each stage, from prospecting to the product description to CAF sign-up with payment collection and finally installation of broadband connection at the customer premises
    • Meet and build relations with Facility Managers in Estates for marketing activities leading to Residential Sales initiatives
    • Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email, WhatsApp, and networking events
    • Appoint SSA and build relations with them to generate leads
    • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the residential sales programs
    • Tracking of competition in our service areas for their presence and tariff plans.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
    • Self-motivated and a self-starter
    • Ability to communicate effectively and handle customer queries
    • Direct sales experience from Telecom/ISP only.
    • Required experience from any of the ISPs or MVNOs in Nigeria
