    Field Collection Agent

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct on-site visits to customers with overdue payments to collect outstanding installments
    • Communicate with customers to understand repayment difficulties and negotiate repayment arrangements
    • Verify customer information and update repayment status in the system promptly
    • Retrieve devices or collateral from defaulted customers when necessary, following company procedures
    • Establish and maintain good working relationships with local police authorities within the assigned LGA to support recovery of long overdue or fraudulent cases
    • Report collection progress, field findings, and potential fraud cases to the supervisor regularly
    • Cooperate with risk control and customer service teams to improve repayment rates
    • Maintain professional conduct and protect the company’s image during all field operations

    Requirements

    • Experience: Prior experience in loan collection, field recovery, or related financial services preferred
    • Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills; able to handle difficult customers professionally
    • Responsibility: Strong sense of discipline and accountability; able to work under pressure
    • Mobility: Must be willing to travel within assigned areas for on-site visits
    • Language: Proficiency in local languages; basic English communication required
    • Other: Honest, reliable, and familiar with local geography and market environment

    Loan Sales Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
    • Promote and sell the bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses
    • Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications
    • Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
    • Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

    Field Business Development Officer - Lagos Island

    Job Summary

    • As a Field Business Development Officer on PalmPay’s Pay with Transfer (PWT) team, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and business growth. This role involves identifying and onboarding quality merchants and agents, promoting the PWT solution, and building strong relationships to ensure consistent usage and retention.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and onboard high-quality merchants and agents within assigned locations
    • Drive deployment of PWT account posters and ensure visibility at merchant locations
    • Educate merchants and agents on the benefits and usage of the Pay with Transfer solution
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage adoption and resolve any issues
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants and agents
    • Monitor merchant activity and provide feedback to improve product performance
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales and activation targets

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
    • Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development is an added advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets
    • Good knowledge of the local market within assigned areas
