    Facility / Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • Ethnos Cyber is looking for a dynamic workplace Service lead who will be responsible for managing the physical assets, infrastructure, and services within a facility to ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for all building occupants. The role involves coordinating maintenance, repairs, security, cleaning, and health and safety compliance while managing budgets and ensuring that operations align with company objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of the facility, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and building structures.
    • Ensure that the facility is operational, clean, and well-maintained always
    • Coordinate repairs, replacements, and upgrades of building systems and infrastructure.
    • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, addressing any issues promptly.
    • Manage emergency response procedures, including fire safety and evacuation plans.
    • Source and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers (e.g., janitorial, landscaping, security, waste disposal).
    • Manage budgets for outsourced services and ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Coordinate office moves, seating arrangements, and the allocation of space for new employees or projects.
    • Act as the main point of contact for building occupants, addressing any concerns or needs related to the facility.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related fields.
    • Understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
    • Proficient in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.

    • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, guidance, and support in the area of cybersecurity solutions.
    • The role involves understanding the clients' needs, identifying opportunities for additional services, and ensuring the company's cybersecurity products and services are effectively implemented and aligned with the client's business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Work closely with clients to assess their cybersecurity needs, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure that our solutions align with their business objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product specialists) to ensure the successful deployment and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or customer service.
    • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role in a technology or cybersecurity company.
    • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, solutions, and industry trends.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable recommendations for clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or other security certifications) are a plus.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity research, threat intelligence, or vulnerability analysis.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, and security technologies.
    • Proficiency with security research tools (Wire shark, Nessus, Metasploit, etc.).
    • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to create detailed technical reports and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, CVE, and OWASP.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., GCIH, OSCP, CEH, CISSP) is a plus.
