Ethnos Cyber is looking for a dynamic workplace Service lead who will be responsible for managing the physical assets, infrastructure, and services within a facility to ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for all building occupants. The role involves coordinating maintenance, repairs, security, cleaning, and health and safety compliance while managing budgets and ensuring that operations align with company objectives.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of the facility, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and building structures.
Ensure that the facility is operational, clean, and well-maintained always
Coordinate repairs, replacements, and upgrades of building systems and infrastructure.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, addressing any issues promptly.
Manage emergency response procedures, including fire safety and evacuation plans.
Source and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers (e.g., janitorial, landscaping, security, waste disposal).
Manage budgets for outsourced services and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate office moves, seating arrangements, and the allocation of space for new employees or projects.
Act as the main point of contact for building occupants, addressing any concerns or needs related to the facility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related fields.
Understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Proficient in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
