    Facility Manager

    • Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
    • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
    • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
    • Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
    • Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals
    • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
    • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff

    Legal Intern

    Job Description

    • Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
    • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
    • Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.
    • Draft routine leases and amendments.
    • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
    • Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
    • Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
    • Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.

    Corporate Investment Officer

    • managing portfolio projects.
    • handling financial transactions and building client relationships.
    • Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.
    •  Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments, clients and multilateral partners to develop specific investment opportunities.
    • Prepare project appraisal reports for presentation to the department, review committees, senior management and finally to the Managing  Director.
    • Establish effective and well-organized investment processes.

    Executive Marketer

    • Proven experience  as marketing executive or similar role.
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
    • thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
    • familiarity with social media marketing

    • minimum of ND in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
