Role Description

• This is a full-time Driver role located in Lagos.
• The Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles. Daily tasks include conducting vehicle inspections, safely transport staff, clients, or company goods to their destinations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
• The Driver will also assist in providing excellent customer service during deliveries and handling basic documentation related to transportation duties.

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
• Familiarity with Lagos city routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

Role Description

• We are looking for an experienced Property Manager (3+ years) with a solid background in short-let management.
• The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, maintain tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance and repair work, and ensure that all properties meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property management, lease agreements, and familiarity with real estate regulations
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks diligently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with tenants and clients
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and operational needs
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
