    Executive - Production (Production Manager)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and support in implementation of efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs.
    • Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day production related operations to meet production targets.
    • Hold accountability for production output and quality insure adherence to the production schedule and ensure production of output as per the quality standards within the set timelines.
    • Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available
    • Ensure timely deliveries of Planned as well as Unplanned market reauirements
    • Ensure good Housekeeping in plant and to ensure up keeping of machinery
    • Preparation and adherence to preventive maintenance schedule and availability of machine as per plan.
    • Define MTBF (Mean time between failures) and MTTR (Mean time tc repair) and plan to minimize/maximize the same
    • Ensure adherence to quality and EHS system as per organization requirement.
    • Budget preparation and adherence to same
    • Develop and provide support for implementation of systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
    • Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency.
    • Suggestion for improvement in process in terms of quantity, quality and safety.
    • Responsible for upholding safe work environment for all the factory personnel.
    • Ensure all members of the manufacturing team adhere to the safety policies and procedures to provide a safe workplace for employees.
    • Support in preparation of EHS manual and adherence to the procedures.
    • Take all the efforts to minimize the generation of hazardous waste and ensure its disposal.
    • Review and monitor performance of team members on an ongoing basis and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs
    • Preparation of competency matrix and define TNI (Training need identification)
    • Recommend training as required for development and growth of junior team members
    • Develop manage and supervise training and development needs of immediate employees to meet the departmental objectives.
    • Develop staff capabilities and keep the team members abreast with the latest methodologies and technologies.

    Requirements:

    Educational Qualification:

    • Technical degree (Diploma) or B. Tech in Production engineering/Mechanical Engineering
    • Total Experience: 12-15 years (Relevant 3-5 years in a similar role in Agrochemicals Industry).

    • Thorough machinery knowledge of manufacturing process and working of plant equipment, machinery.
    • Understanding of supply chain activities including transportation, warehousing, distribution and systems

    Executive - Electrical (FMCG / Agrochemicals Industry)

    Job Purpose:

    • The purpose of Electrical Supervisor is to direct and coordinate activities of vendors and workers engaged in repair, maintenance, installation of machines, tools, equipment, buildings, grounds, and utility systems of mill, industria plant, or other establishment by performing role duties and assigning maintenance related tasks to the junior team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for daily job planning to facilities.
    • Management Services.
    • Monitoring the electrical operation.
    • Responsible for all equipment and facilities
    • breakdowns, corrective actions and counter-measures.
    • Manage maintenance work requests from production floor, determine priority and assign technicians.
    • Managing the on-site facilities team and third party sub-contractors ensuring they complete tasks on time and safely to the required standards.
    • Preparing the PM planner & ensuring the 100% implementation of the same.
    • Preparing the AMC list of machinery & ensuring the implementation of the same.
    • Preparing the critical spares list to ensure that the spares are maintained and the equipment is available when required.
    • Ensuring the availability of consumable spares.
    • ISO 9001, 14001/18001 Documentation work.
    • Audit the activities carried out by the team members to ensure job standards are met.
    • Carrying out the job through external service vendor and verifying its measurement. SAP (PR, Store issue etc.)
    • Preparing & Monitoring the E&l annual maintenance budget.
    • Electrical Maintenance & Repair.
    • Daily Power generation & consumption report (Specific fuel consumption).
    • Preparing the energy efficiency performance report for Genset, Air compressor etc.
    • Ensuring the 100% implementation of HSE safe practices. Maintain effective Health and
    • Safety systems, including completion of risk assessments and method statements and tool box talks where appropriate.
    • Ensure team members comply with all safety and best manufacturing practices.
    • Auditing & verifying the measurement sheet of external service provider vendor.
    • Ensure retention of key talent within the department.
    • Develop, manage and supervise training and development needs of immediate employees to meet the departmental objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Qualification: Electrical Engineering from a reputable University.
    • Total Experience: 8-10 years (3-5 years in a similar role in FMCG/ Agro Chemicals Industry)
    • Executes for Excellent Results.

    • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical of diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
    • Thorough understanding of the plant's machinery and equipment.

    QC Chemist (Agrochemicals)

    Responsibilities:

    • Hands-on experience with handling HPLC, GC, and all other lab instruments.
    • Monitor and Perform testing of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in process and finished products as per specification and provide testing evaluations based on specifications and standards to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.
    • Verify suppliers' qualification, inspection of incoming materials and ensure quality.
    • Monitor production process and verify quality results.
    • Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures (qualitative and quantitative chemical and collect/physical analysis of raw materials, finished products and/or stability samples).
    • Knowledge of GLP, GDP, Data integrity and Documentation practices in laboratory work.
    • Maintain Standard operating procedures and manage corrective actions and quality assurance programs, QA records and generate reports.
    • Indenting of Raw and Packaging Materials as per monthly PPC.
    • Manage and maintain the quality inspection for raw materials, packaging materials and ensure that the finished goods are as per the established quality standards.
    • Ensure that the safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment in the laboratory.
    • Maintain and improve the product quality by ensuring compliance through approved systems & procedures and surveillance audits.
    • Implement measures to improve inspection methods, equipment/ tool performance, product quality, efficiency and morale.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality control.
    • Ensure label claims compliance and maintain regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor's in chemistry
    • Total Experience: 4 years (Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control/ Assurance, in Agrochemical manufacturing facility).

    • Working knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures.
    • Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate written or verbal instructions policies and procedures.
