    Executive / Personal Assistant

    Role Overview

    • The Executive / Personal Assistant will serve as the right-hand support to the Executive, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and representing the office with professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the Executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Executive.
    • Draft, review, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
    • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business and personal engagements.
    • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
    • Act as liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Support planning and coordination of events, meetings, and special occasions.
    • Provide general administrative support and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
    • Handle personal errands and assignments where required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc or HND) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
    • 1 - 3 years experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Smart, presentable, and resourceful.

    Deposit Mobilization Manager

    About the Role

    • We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Deposit Mobilization Manager to join our client, a top financial institution in Lagos.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization’s deposit base, building strong client relationships, and driving financial performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute effective deposit mobilization strategies to meet and exceed set targets.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and increased deposits.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategy and product development.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer service) to deliver tailored financial solutions.
    • Prepare periodic reports on deposit performance, pipeline activities, and market insights.
    • Train and guide team members (where applicable) to enhance productivity and target achievement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications are a plus).
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in deposit mobilization, relationship management, or business development within a financial institution.
    • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding deposit mobilization targets.
    • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Solid understanding of financial products, investment trends, and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
