    Field Sales Officer

    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Execute direct field sales and customer acquisition in assigned locations.
    • Promote QEFAS E-Learning products and services (Self-Pace, In Person and Virtual Courses.)
    • Identify potential clients, pitch offerings, and close deals.
    • Achieve sales targets and performance goals.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Support marketing campaigns and ensure policy and compliance adherence in the field.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Min.1 years experience in direct or field sales, EdTech, Fintech, Telecom, or consumer products preferred.
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and move within assigned locations..
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

    Pay
    N75,000 monthly + performance-based incentives
