    Executive Assistant to the MD

    Position Overview

    • DreamCity Group is looking for a highly accomplished and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
    • This is not a conventional administrative role; it is a strategic partnership with the MD.
    • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in C-suite support, business development, and operational efficiency, and must possess the flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demanding schedule of the executive office.
    • The preferred gender is a male and age bracket between 35 and 45 years.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and logistical support to the MD, managing a complex and fluid calendar, prioritizing inquiries and requests, and troubleshooting conflicts.
    • Act as a key liaison for the MD in business development activities, including preparing pitch decks, conducting preliminary research on potential partners or investments, and assisting with the preparation of business proposals.
    • Identify and implement improvements to the MD's workflow and office operations to enhance productivity and efficiency across the executive office.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and key regulatory bodies, ensuring professional and effective communication.
    • Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the MD with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, both internal and external, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Manage logistics for corporate events as required.
    • Oversee and track key projects and initiatives led by the MD, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
    • Conduct in-depth research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the MD.
    • Arrange complex and extensive national and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, often at short notice.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a distinct advantage.
    • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant directly supporting C-Suite executives (MD, CEO, or Group Chairman).
    • Must have verifiable work experience within the real estate development/construction, banking/investment, and hospitality industries.
    • Demonstrable experience in supporting business development initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
    • Proven track record of liaising with senior-level stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
    • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
    • Must possess an exceptional appetite for hard work, including the ability and willingness to work late, on weekends, and during holidays as a standard requirement of the role.
    • The preferred gender is a male and the age bracket between 35 and 45 years.

    Accounting Officer

    Executive Driver

    Position Summary

    • We require a seasoned Executive Driver with a proven track record of safety,discretion, and professionalism.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of company executives, ensuring the highest standards of service.
    • Candidates must currently reside on the Island (Lekki, Ajah, or Victoria Island) and be able to resume duty at Lekki Phase 1 between 5:30 am and 6:00 am daily.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely and punctually transport company executives to and from meetings, appointments, and other engagements.
    • Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fuelled, and in excellent working condition, performing basic daily maintenance checks (oil, water, brakes, tire pressure).
    • Plan the most efficient routes using in-depth knowledge of Lagos and inter-state roads to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic and weather conditions.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate, up-to-date vehicle logs and mileage records.
    • Ensure the absolute safety and security of passengers and the vehicle at all times, adhering strictly to all road traffic laws and company safety policies.
    • Exhibit the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions with executives, clients, and partners.
    • Run company errands efficiently, including the pickup and delivery of documents, packages, and other items as required.
    • Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and ensure all vehicle documentation (insurance, license) is valid and up-to-date.
    • Provide logistical support for executive travel, including inter-state trips, with potential for extended working hours as needed.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and a courteous, helpful demeanor at all times.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • A minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) is required. Further education is an advantage.
    • A minimum of 7 years of verifiable professional driving experience, with at least 3 years as an Executive or VIP Driver in a corporate environment.
    • Must currently reside on the Island (Lekki, Ajah, or Victoria Island). This is a non-negotiable requirement.
    • A valid Driver’s License is mandatory. A professional driver's certification is a strong advantage.
    • Must possess excellent knowledge of Lagos routes, traffic patterns, and significant experience with inter-state travel.
    • Must have a clean driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violations. A police clearance certificate may be required.
    • Punctual, exceptionally reliable, confident in driving abilities, and possesses high integrity and strong communication skills. Must be available to work standard hours from Monday to Saturday, with flexibility for occasional Sundays when informed in advance.
