    Executive Assistant

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
    • As an integral part of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's calendar, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Prioritize and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
    • Screen incoming calls and determine their urgency and importance.
    • Draft and prepare correspondence, including emails, letters, and presentations.
    • Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings and prepare minutes.
    • Conduct research and gather information as requested by the CEO.
    • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
    • Coordinate events and speaking engagements for the CEO.
    • Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
    • Manage databases and filing systems to ensure efficient recordkeeping.
    • Provide reminders to the CEO of important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper.
    • Minimum of Four (4) years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative role
    • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

    Head HR [Upstream Oil & Gas]

    • We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources (HR) leader to oversee all aspects of HR for a dynamic oil and gas company.
    • As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.

    • Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least three (3) years in a managerial position
    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
    • Relevant Certifications such as Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPM) is a must.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
    • Expertise in recruitment, selection, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

    Rigger

    As a Rigger, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials on our construction sites.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lifting and rigging heavy equipment and materials using cranes, hoists, and other rigging equipment.
    • Inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
    • Developing and implementing rigging plans to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
    • Communicating effectively with other trades and supervisors to coordinate lifting operations.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving rigging problems.
    • Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Rigger
    • Strong knowledge of rigging principles and techniques
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rigging plans
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to lift heavy objects safely
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in the construction industry
