    Executive Assistant

    Job Purpose

    • The role of the Executive Assistant is to be an enabler of the Partner’s productivity.
    • The Executive Assistant will communicate with various stakeholders within and outside the organization, manage schedules, and provide full administrative support.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Organize schedule and maintain daily agenda, monthly calendar and appointments.
    • Schedule and coordinate all travel arrangements
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence i.e., sort and read mail, draft responses, receive and send packages.
    • Plan, organize and implement events such as meetings, business luncheons, client dinners
    • Take comprehensive meetings notes
    • Develop proposals and presentations for the Partner
    • Attend to and monitor urgent enquiries and issues, ensuring they are brought to the Partner’s attention.
    • Ensure the Partner is well prepared for every meeting
    • Prepare and coordinate the development of presentations and other materials for the Partner’s speaking engagements
    • Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations, etc. to arrange meetings and prepare agendas
    • Provide strategic and analytical support as required such as research and project monitoring
    • Provide domestic support to Partner as required
    • Reminds Partner about birthdays, anniversaries and other important occasions of family, friends and business associates.
    • Uphold strict level of confidentiality
    • Any other duties as may be requested by the Partner.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience.

    Medical Officer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Respond to patients' medical concerns through a comprehensive approach, involving a review of their medical history, conducting diagnoses, administering treatment, providing counseling, and making referrals as needed.
    • Request and interpret lab tests to obtain valuable insights from the results.
    • Carryout emergency medical care when required.
    • Manage both acute and chronic care for patients.
    • Provide guidance to patients and their families on healthcare matters, encompassing health promotion, disease prevention, accident prevention, and lifestyle considerations.
    • Coordinate primary patient care and oversee home health care services.
    • Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and impartiality in all interactions.
    • Gather, document, and manage sensitive patient information, including examination results, medical history, and reports.
    • Carry out minor surgical procedures and assist in major surgeries.
    • Carry out procedures or prescribed treatments clearly to patients.
    • Ensuring patients are comfortable, explaining procedures and positioning patients and equipment correctly.
    • Engage in discussions and assessments of new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
    • Stay current with medical advancements, treatment practices, and medications.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery.
    • Candidate must possess the license to practice medicine from the Nigerian Medical Association of Nigeria.
    • Candidate must have at least 3-5 years’ post NYSC experience as a Medical Officer.
    • Candidates must be Knowledgeable in General Medicine and other related areas of medical practice.
    • Candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Candidate must possess strong listening skill and problem-solving skill.

    Pharmacist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the procurement process for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies required by the hospital.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
    • Counsel patients on the use of medications.
    • Compound drugs for patients where necessary.
    • Manage the inventory of drugs and consumables.
    • Implement systems for tracking expiration dates on drugs and consumables and ensure a timely removal of expired items.
    • Submit monthly requests for drugs and consumables needed for hospital operations.
    • Register monthly drug acquisitions systematically, including batch details, costs, purchase dates, expiration dates, batch numbers, manufacturers, in Pharmacy records and computer systems.
    • Dispense and procure medicinal products and supplies used within the hospital.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication administration.
    • Engage in medication reconciliation, managing drug-related issues, and providing patient education.
    • Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and counseling patients on drug therapies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including licensing requirements and quality assurance protocols.
    • Stay informed about changes in pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must have a Degree in Pharmacy with relevant certifications.
    • Candidates must possess at least 3 years post NYSC experience.
    • Candidates must have completed internship where applicable.
    • Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Candidate must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skill.
    • Candidate should possess advanced computer skills.
    • Candidate must be certified by relevant professional bodies where this applies.

    • Ability to check quality of team work before review by Managing Partners.

    • Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills
    • Possession of outstanding oral and written communication skills
    • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills Aptitude for teamwork and ability to manage teams consisting of analysts, associates, managing partners and client members
    • Willingness to ‘roll sleeves’ up to complete work before deadlines
