    Job Responsibilities

    • Promptly letting/leasing vacant apartments on the best possible terms.
    • Follow up on all payments from tenants.
    • Undertake rent reviews & lease renewals.
    • Manage tenant compliance within lease terms & repairing obligations.

    Store Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist the branch manager in raising requisition for stock from the warehouse
    • On receipt of stock, carry out physical verification of the stock to confirm that it matches the central warehouse waybill & LTO (Location Transfer Out)
    • Register goods received in the goods receipt register indicating waybill & LTO numbers
    • Register stock supplied to customers in the stock issue out register
    • Daily manual update of bin cards for all stock movements in/out of the warehouse
    • Reconcile monthly central warehouse confirmation with goods receipt register
    • Daily/weekly/monthly stock count & reconciliation
    • Maintain & update the register upon receipt of repaired items (for faulty items sent to the service centre for repairs)
    • Maintenance of the following manual registers: Goods returned to the CWH (Central Warehouse) with LTO & LTI recorded, & inter-branch supply).

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Actuarial Science degree will be anadvantage.
    • Must possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role

    Service Center Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities

    • Overseeing daily operational activities on pending jobs
    • Allocating jobs to the technicians and monitoring their activities
    • Reviewing daily work report with the team and taking corrective measures
    • Coordinating with spare parts officers. Placing order for parts and tracking the orders
    • Ensure KPI (TAT/CSAT/LTP/Engr. productivity/DWR Accuracy, etc) are met
    • Ensure quality service delivery with minimum recurrent repair
    • Reduction of customer escalations
    • Daily monitoring the productivity of the technicians
    • Preparing weekly budget for service operations
    • Preparing spare part failure report
    • Checking local repair possibilities for PNA cases, and sending the repair quotations to the service manager for approval
    • Ensuring adequate spare parts are available at the SVCs (Safety stock planning and execution)
    • Generating and achieving out-warranty income targets (Reduction in third party repairs installations)
    • Monitoring and completion of AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contract)
    • Improving service centre hygiene and compliance to service standards (Job cards, processes, policies, etc)
    • Participating in monthly/quarterly spare parts counting and labelling activities
    • Ensuring service cost reduction through proper inventory control methods
    • Technical skill monitoring and productivity improvement
    • Planning, organizing and scheduling training for front, backend and field force team.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or any other relevant discipline
    • 6 - 8 years technical service/maintenance experience in a sales driven organisation
    • Good knowledge of a recognized ERP package
