• Interacting with clients.
• Responding to inquiries from online & walk-in clients.
• Assisting clients with checking in & checking out.
• Keeping client records.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction & improving customer experience.

Job Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Previous work experience in this role or a similar one in the Hospitality industry is an advantage.
