    Entry-Level HR Business Partner (HRBP)

    Job Summary

    • The Entry-Level HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the delivery of HR consulting and advisory services to assigned clients or internal business units.
    • The role focuses on implementing HR processes, supporting employee lifecycle activities, assisting with policy execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
    • This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in HR advisory, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and HR operations while working closely with senior HR leaders.

    Key Responsibilities
    HR Advisory & Business Support:

    • Support assigned clients with day-to-day HR needs and inquiries
    • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
    • Provide guidance on basic HR matters such as leave management, employee relations, and workplace conduct
    • Escalate complex HR issues to the Head of Consulting

    Employee Lifecycle Management:

    • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
    • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
    • Assist in offboarding processes, including exit documentation and handovers
    • Track employee movements, confirmations, and status updates

    Recruitment Support:

    • Assist with job descriptions and job postings
    • Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
    • Support communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates

    HR Operations & Administration:

    • Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and employee files
    • Support payroll input preparation
    • Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR compliance requirements
    • Ensure proper documentation of HR activities and processes

    Policy Implementation & Compliance:

    • Assist in implementing HR policies and SOPs
    • Ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures
    • Support compliance checks and basic HR audits
    • Identify gaps in HR processes and escalate for improvement

    Training & Development Support:

    • Coordinate training sessions and learning activities
    • Track employee participation and feedback
    • Support preparation of training materials and documentation

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain HR trackers (recruitment, onboarding, leave, etc.)
    • Prepare basic HR reports (weekly/monthly) for review
    • Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
    • 1–3years of HR experience (internship or NYSC experience acceptable)
    • Exposure to HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations is an advantage

    • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good organisational and time management abilities

    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

    Cashier

    Responsibilties

    • Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service.
    • Interact with customers, take orders and serve.
    • Process and receive payments from customers according to their preferred method of payment.
    • Up-sell and Cross-sell product items to drive sales.
    • Issue payment receipts for transactions made
    • Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that the checkout area is clean, well-stocked, and free from clutter.
    • Follow all cash handling procedures and policies, including verifying the accuracy of currency, and credit card payments.
    • Count the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, and reconcile any discrepancies.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
    • Follow and achieve the company’s goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Comply with all procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Waitress

    Responsibilties

    • Welcome customers and escort them to their tables, sofas and lounge areas.
    • Take drink and food orders from customers and communicate them to the bar and kitchen staff. And suggest drink and food pairings or specials.
    • Serve drinks and food to customers and ensure customers have what they need.
    • Process payments from customers, including cash, and credit cards.
    • Clean tables, counters, and lounge areas between customers and set them up for the next group of patrons. This includes clearing glasses and dishes, wiping down surfaces, and arranging table settings.
    • Communicate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure that drink and food orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
    • Provide excellent customer service and make customers feel welcome and comfortable during their lounge experience.
    • Listen to the customer's concerns, and find a solution that satisfies both the customer and the establishment.
    • Be accurate and detail-oriented, and ensure that all payments are accounted for and deposited correctly.
    • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that customers have a seamless experience.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
    • Follow and achieve the company’s goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Comply with all procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
