Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Store & Documentation Clerk to join our Engineering team in Lagos. This role is vital for managing engineering spare parts, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of mechanical and electrical spare parts in the engineering store.
• Keep accurate records of parts requisition, issuance, and receipts.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and other engineering documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in preparing purchase requisitions for replenishment.
• Support the engineering and production teams with timely access to required components.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards within the store.
• Use MS Excel and, where applicable, ERP or inventory systems to update records.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of OND in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering stores, inventory control, or documentation in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of spare parts, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in managing spare parts records, requisitions, and issue logs.
• Experience with store software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and proactive in data entry and record keeping.

Physical & Work Conditions

• Must be willing to work on-site in an engineering or production setting.
• Ability to move around and stand frequently during work hours.

• Leading diesel generator company in Africa is looking for field service engineers for diesel generators in Lagos, Nigeria. Having been in the power-associated business in India and Africa, they work with clients across a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, hospitals and many more.
• As the marketer, you will be responsible for marketing and sales of a of well-known diesel generators ranging from 15KVA to 1MW.
• We are ideally looking for candidates who have good experience in marketing and sales of range of diesel generator. Previous experience working on generators such as Kirloskar, Perkins, Cummins, Caterpillar, FG Wilson would be advantageous.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Key responsibility is to meet sales revenue targets and expand dealer base across the assigned regions and customer segments
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture the sales distribution network; Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners
• Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business. Work with channel partners to help them exceed revenue expectations of the company month on month basis
• Regular partner visits and keep them engaged with promotional and branding offers.
• Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
• Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered, and keep them up- to-date with information about schemes and targets.
• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner, in consultation with his Manager.
• Plan partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
• Travel to meet with potential and existing clients, in the assigned sales territory
• Submit daily market visit reports and competition intelligence.

• Previous working experience of handling sales in Diesel Power Generators for at least 5-7 year(s)
• Must have experience in both Channel management as well as Account Management

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Microwave TAC Engineer with specialized experience in Huawei Microwave transmission systems (RTN series, OptiX, etc.).
• The ideal candidate will provide Level 2/3 technical support, fault diagnosis, and remote configuration for microwave backhaul networks, ensuring optimal network availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Huawei Microwave systems (e.g., RTN 900, RTN 300, OptiX PTN).
• Diagnose and resolve issues including link failures, LOS, latency, and misconfigurations.
• Support site integrations, software upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Analyze performance metrics (RSL, QoS, throughput) and recommend optimizations.
• Coordinate with Huawei TAC and internal NOC teams for issue escalation and upgrades.
• Assist in link budgeting and capacity planning.
• Document RCA reports, SOPs, and implementation guides.
• Provide technical support and training to field engineers.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Huawei Microwave networks.
• Proficiency with RTN/OptiX series and tools like iManager U2000 or NCE-T.
• Solid understanding of L2/L3 protocols, QoS, OSPF, MPLS (an advantage).
• Ability to interpret microwave link budgets and network topology maps.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
