    Early Years Teacher/Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    • Halifield Schools, Lekki Branch, is seeking a passionate, experienced, and nurturing Early Years Teacher/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of early childhood education, classroom management, and supervisory skills to ensure a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for young learners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
    • Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
    • Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents and management.
    • Supervise early years staff and ensure adherence to school policies and standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of pupils’ development and classroom activities.
    • Ensure the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all pupils at all times.
    • Organize and participate in school activities, events, and meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of NCE/B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or related field.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

    Job Summary:

    • Halifield Schools is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Content Creator to manage and grow the school’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and professional content that showcases our school activities, achievements, culture, and values across digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
    • Develop and manage a structured content calendar.
    • Cover school events, classroom activities, and special programs.
    • Design simple graphics and promotional materials.
