    E-commerce and Digital Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, identify, analyze, and propose lasting solutions to all issues around the operation of e-commerce, its modus operandi, and operational highlights to effectively manage digital presence and e-merchandising.
    • Work with Sales and Marketing to determine and manage exit strategies for inventory by overseeing the allocation and establishing replenishment processes based on calculated ROI to maintain optimum levels of key selling items on the platform, with the objective of maximizing sales and consumer engagement.
    • Ensure that the requirements, projects, and digital strategies are in line with the company’s business strategy by negotiating project priority based on anticipated ROI and costs involved, and following up on any related matters timeously and efficiently.
    • Constantly measure the incremental benefits of ongoing projects and campaigns to apply course corrections on project selection by applying agile and other project management technologies to digital and e-commerce content at GOL.
    • Work with cross-functional teams within Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, Production, and User Experience to enable the achievement of best practices through successful program management and the end-to-end flow of information and products.
    • Manage e-commerce purchase order status, gather direction from the e-commerce buying team on cancellation or extension decisions, and update the retail planning system appropriately to ensure digital and e-commerce clientele satisfaction.
    • Work on large- and small-scale web-based projects that have a relevant impact on the company by capturing goals, business requirements, and other relevant information for the site and user experience, including checkout, payment methods, order management tools, and fulfillment, to attain optimization.
    • Perform competitive analysis on sites within the respective site portfolios, coordinating work performed by internal customers and partners by defining project requirements, conducting needs impact assessments and feasibility studies, and establishing clear project requirements for efficient operations.

    ON-Trade Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute on-trade strategies and plans to drive sales growth and increase market share in the on-trade sector.
    • Build and maintain a strong relationship with key on-trade customers, including bars, restaurants, and hotels, to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business partnerships.
    • Plans and executes promotional activities, events, and campaigns in the on-trade channel to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
    • Conducts market analysis and gathers insights on trends, customer needs, and computer activities, to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
    • Negotiates pricing, contracts, and terms with on-trade customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and optimize profitability.

    • Train and support on-trade staff on product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the effectiveness of customer-facing staff and drive sales.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND /Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years’ of sales experience within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry
