    Donors / Members Relation Officer (DMRO)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Using database on donors/members to delineate them into categories for effective management.
    • Ensuring that donors and members are always updated with BSN programmes and developments of the organization.
    • Ensuring donors/members receive related pecks as and when due.
    • Maintain contacts with donors/members of the BSN on regular basis via monthly goodwill wishes, their birthdays, church anniversary, marriage anniversary, naming ceremonies of their children and soon, provided we are aware based on a deliberate effort to get such information.
    • Essentially ensuring that members and donors become ambassadors of the organization through effective relationships.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Customer relations or similar role
    • Minimum of First Degree or HND qualification in the Social Sciences or Humanities. Additional qualification and membership of a professional body will be added advantage.

    Personnel Specification(s):

    • Excellent team player with the ability to work in a target driven environment.
    • Strong command of spoken English and ability to write proposals and letters flawlessly.
    • Computer literacy with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and sound digital marketing.
    • Excellent customer relations skills.
    • Ability to relate with Churches of all denominations.

    Territorial Distribution Officer (TDO)

    Key Responsibilities

    • The candidate is responsible for Distribution at the assigned location
    • The candidate will be involved in Planning, Forecasting and Implementation of marketing programmes in a way that facilitate sales and create warehouse space.
    • To ensure broad customer base and sound customer relationship management i.e. S/He will responsible for Customer Relationship Management by visiting customer’s outlets and relating with them on the phone.
    • Ensure good inventory management of the Society’s Scripture stock nationwide.
    • He is responsible for expanding customer base by developing new customers and her channels of distribution.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Must have a First Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines
    • Professional certification from a recognized body will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 3 years minimum cognate work experience in a structured environment.

    Personnel Specification(s):

    • The candidate for this job must be creative by way of product development and innovation and possess analytical skill. S/he should have good numerical and human relations skills.
    • Successful candidate must have knowledge of Sage 50
    • Must have knowledge of Nigerian Bible market diversity.
    • Must have flair for figures and product codes.
    • Must have strong marketing and communication skills.
    • Must have high level of social and public relations skills with strong spiritual, mental and moral maturity.
    • Must be highly creative and innovative with ability to develop new products.
    • Must have strong analytical skills to be able to analyze and interpret distribution trend.
    • Good knowledge of the Nigerian road network.
    • Must be highly transparent and honest in all transactions.

    Audit Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Auditing and reporting of the activities of assigned BSN depots, Areas offices, and the Guest House pan Nigeria
    • Ensure strict compliance with BSN policies
    • Monitor staff advances and recovering debts and report the true state of same to the Divisional Manager
    • Ensure strict adherence to necessary controls put in place to detect and prevent errors and fraud early.
    • Report every observed variance or breach of BSN operational standard promptly and effectively.

    Requirements

    • Education: National Diploma in Accounting and/or ATS.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in an internal Audit or Finance function in a reputable organization.

    Person Specification(s):

    • Good and practical knowledge of accounting software preferably Sage 50
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
    • Must be self-driven with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be a practicing and committed Christian with turning point testimonies and experiences.
