    Divisional Head, Assurance Services

    Key Responsibility

    The successful candidate will be responsible with Providing assurance to the Company regarding the following:

    • Effective management (identifying, assessing, quantifying, mitigating and reporting) of all categories of risk applicable to the organization Compliance with the rules and regulations of all relevant regulatory requirements; demonstrating high standards of compliance behaviour and raising awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance policies Integrity of the brand’s financial and accounting information, operational processes and related internal controls for efficiency and effectiveness, all of which aim to eliminate fraud.

    Skills

    • Knowledge of the financial markets and its regulations
    • Understanding of risk management strategies, techniques and reporting applications
    • Knowledge of risk management trend in the local and international financial industry
    • Knowledge of the Exchange business/security
    • Knowledge of relevant control models such as COSO internal control framework.

    QUALIFICATION

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial information system or other relevant discipline.
    • Relevant MSc or MBA

    Certifications:

    • Relevant professional qualifications (ACCA/ICAN/FRM/PRM/IRM/CISA/CIP)
    • Membership of Risk Managers Association or Nigeria (RIMAN) or Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP

    Experience

    • Thirteen (13) or more years’ experience in Risk Management, Compliance or Control in the Financial Services Industry, with at least five (5) years in a Senior Management position.

    Divisional Head, Financial services

    Key Responsibility

    The successful candidate will have the following responsibility:

    • To plan, direct, and coordinate the financial activities of the organization.
    • The job holder will be expected to produce financial reports, direct investment activities and develop strategies & plans for the long-term financial goals of the organisation. Work with strategy to align finance and strategy.

    Skills

    • Knowledge of financial market and its risks
    • Cost reduction techniques
    • Understanding of the link between economics, finance and investment

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.

    • Relevant professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA)

    Experience

    • Thirteen (13) or more years’ of cognate work experience in a finance role in a reputable and structured organization within the financial services sector.

    Group Head, Risk & Compliance

    Key Responsibility

    • Develop, implement, and manage an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework across all Entities and support Business Units in identifying, assessing, quantifying, mitigating, and reporting of risks inherent in their operations
    • Promote activities to create risk, information security and compliance awareness within the organization
    • Provide assurance on the management of information security risk across all Brand Entities
    • Ensure proactive compliance of the brand with all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions

    Skills

    • Working knowledge of information security and cyber risks
    • Knowledge of capital market and financial analysis
    • Good interpersonal relationship skills
    • Inquisitive, with highly developed investigative skills
    • Highly developed problem-solving mindset
    • Good communication & presentation skills, both oral and written
    • Ability to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the work of self and direct reports
    • Ability to provide leadership, counsel, motivation, and constructive feedback to staff, securing their commitment to the Group and Corporate goals

    QUALIFICATION

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field from an accredited University.
    • Nine (9) to twelve (12) years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management in Financial Market Industry
    • Proven track record of developing, implementing, and managing enterprise risk management frameworks and programs

    Key Responsibility:

    Drive strategies to reach Brand target audience, raising awareness of brand’s products and services offerings, through the adoption of the appropriate strategic marketing mix and techniques towards improving and retaining market share.

    Skills

    • Proven knowledge of branding principles and tactics
    • High level of initiative and good attention to detail

    QUALIFICATION

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications or management discipline from an accredited University
    • An MBA or a Masters’ Degree in a Management or Marketing-related field
    • Thirteen (13) or more years’ experience, with at least five (5) years in a senior management role
    • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or other Marketing-related certifications
    • Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR)
