    Poultry Farm Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Management of the pen houses.
    • Visiting the different divisions to inspect pen, crops, feed and livestock.
    • Directing and supervising the attendants on what quantity of feed to serve, cleaning of the pen houses, and general wellbeing of both the staff, birds and the equipment.
    • Observing the birds, and report any cases of diseases or infections to Management; with provision of solution
    • Record keeping of feeds, birds and the crates of eggs produced on daily basis
    • Advising the Manageent on when to sell birds based on their productivity level.
    • Strategizing on revenue generation mode for the farm and preenting to the Management
    • Evaluating workers and maintaining discipline in the farm.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of OND / HND in Agriculture, Animal Science or equivalent.
    • 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
    • Prior experience in a farming-related field is important.
    • Management experience would be a plus.
    • The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

    Chartered Accountant (Hospitality or FMCG Sector)

    Job Description

    • We re looking to engage a versatile Chartered Accountant with prior experience in the hospitality or FMCG sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting management in the decision-making process by monitoring the budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Coordinate the financial activities of the team across all subsidiaries
    • Computing taxes and ensuring all remittances are made before deadlines
    • Coordinating the weekly and monthly stock taking
    • Examining financial records to check for accuracy
    • Ensure the brand's cash management and banking activities are efficiently carried out.
    • Handling the stock reconciliation and inventory monitoring
    • Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates for the brand.
    • Perform general accounting activities including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, capital expenditure schedules and the production of management reports for the brand.
    • Generate monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.

    • Monthly P&L report
    • Monthly Stock Reconcilaition and Variance Report.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
    • Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ICMA, ACA, etc).
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality or FMCG sector is a must
    • Proficiency in Excel is a must, knowledge of i-class will be an added advantage.
    • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level.
    • Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.

    Restaurant Cashier

    Duties

    • Take customer orders at the counter.
    • Receive payments and present change to customers.
    • Pack food items neatly.
    • Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours.
    • Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
    • Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.

    Requirements

    Duties
