    Director of Business Development

    Job Summary:

    • As the Director of Business Development, you will be a key leader responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the business.
    • You will lead a team, developing and executing strategic initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
    • Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future and ensuring its continued success in a dynamic market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, strategic alliances, and new market expansion.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to CEO.

    Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team.
    • Provide guidance, set performance expectations, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and refine business development strategies.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and industry challenges to tailor business development initiatives.

    Proposal Development:

    • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.

    Revenue Growth:

    • Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, sales strategies, and negotiation.
    • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets, closely monitoring performance against goals.

    Contract Negotiation:

    • Negotiate and finalize business agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and finalize contracts.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 20years working experience as a Director of business development, or a related leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to changing market conditions.

    Project Manager

    Job Summary:

    • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints.
    • You will play a key role in coordinating project teams, ensuring clear communication, and delivering high-quality results.
    • The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and success criteria.

    Team Leadership:

    • Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
    • Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation plans.
    • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.

    Communication:

    • Communicate project goals, objectives, and progress to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.

    Budget Management:

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are in compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders.
    • Address stakeholder concerns and expectations effectively.

    Change Management:

    • Implement change management processes to address project scope changes.
    • Communicate changes to the project team and stakeholders.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field; PMP certification required.
    • Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
