    Director / Assistant Director (Business Advisory Services)

    Responsibilities / Requirements
    Director/Assistant Director:

    • Interested candidates should possess a Master's degree with at least 15 years work experience.
    • This Senior Management position will appeal to thoroughly professional individuals who are self-managed and are capable of making an effective contribution to the strategic direction, marketing, and practice development initiatives of the firm.
    • You will currently be functioning at a senior level in a management/financial consulting, or profit-oriented research organization, and possessing the multi-disciplinary skills that are required to co-ordinate multi-task assignments.
    • You will have well-developed contacts of very senior levels in a first-class management/financial consulting, or profit-oriented research organization, and processing the multi-disciplinary skills that are required to co-ordinate multi-task assignments.
    • You will also have well-developed contacts at very senior levels in preferably private and public sectors of the economy, and would be capable of generating new business, and manage complex financial and management consulting assignments and specialized economic/industry studies.
    • Individuals who are currently functioning at the level of Manager, Senior Manager, or in very senior positions in well-structured consulting/research organizations who have long-term career perspectives will be particularly suitable for these positions.
    • Candidates for the Director position will have upwards of fifteen years post-qualification experience, the last three years of which would have been in a well-structured consulting organization, while candidates for the Assistant Director position will have upwards of ten years post-qualification experience, with appreciable management consulting experience. Competence areas with financial/investment advisory consulting, HR, and organizational development consult.

    Senior Sales Engineer

    • Our client a multinational OEM is seeking a suitably qualified candidate for the role of Senior Sales Engineer
    • As the Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll be key to championing solution-based business development opportunities for some of our largest and most important customers. This means we’ll depend on you to use your creativity and expertise to transform ambiguous and often complex opportunities into significant deals.
    • In this role, you’ll also support the growth of the business by providing technical sales support for customers and the regional sales force, including pre and post client interaction throughout the sales process.     Job Responsibilities

    • Participate in the entire sales process – initial discovery, project review, design submission, component installation
    • Work with customers to present a technical perspective on the company’s sales offering.
    • Collaborate with the Local Operations Teams to obtain contractor quotes in support of sales opportunities
    • Provide alternative solutions as required to meet unique end-user, component, or installation criteria
    • Assist with development of customer presentation tools and coordination of end-user site visits
    • Develop sales and marketing strategies for key vertical market segments
    • Provide company representation in industry forums, conferences, and related events
    • Interface with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to individual end-users

    Job Skills & Qualifications

    Senior Consultant - Advisory HR Services

    Job Description

    • Coordinate, direct and oversee work done by Jr. Consultants and/or subcontractors.
    • Coordinate fieldwork for assignments with the Manager/Lead Consultant by developing project plans, fieldwork task schedules, scheduling and preparing for workshops and interviews, gathering documentation, and liaising with client staff.
    • Perform engagement procedures designed to identify and define issues, review and analyze evidence, and document business processes. Prepare working papers to support results of procedures.
    • Conduct interviews with client management to gain an understanding of client business conditions, risks and controls (including preparation of interview notes).
    • Identify, develop and document issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.
    • Assist in coordinating and communicating the results of consulting and internal audit projects via written reports and oral presentations to management.
    • Ensure all review notes are addressed and reviewed with the senior consultant and/or manager.
    • Provides input to the project team during all phases of the project.
    • Participate in the drafting of reports and presenting draft to the senior consultant and/or manager for review and approval.
    • Related projects/work as assigned.

    Education Requirements

    • First Degree in relevant field
    • MBA / M.Sc (with business / accounting / finance / strategy orientation) is desirable
    • CHRM, CIPM Certification.

    Job Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10years’ experience in HR Consulting in a professional services environment or 5years relevant experience in a large/global organization.
    • Experience in building and maintaining strong relations with senior level clients and key industry contacts
    • Demonstrated experience in corporate and business strategy
    • Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management
    • Experience in innovation strategy: market entry, business design, growth and social strategies;
    • Demonstrated experience in inorganic growth strategy, corporate development/venturing, target identification and prioritization, and commercial due diligence;
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading projects and diverse teams
    • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

    Job Knowledge Requirements:

    • Working knowledge and understanding of compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls
