    Digital Strategy Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop, implement and manage the Digital Marketing Strategies for the Agency.
    • Strategically oversee client’s digital goals and integrate with overall business and brand communications strategy.
    • In collaboration with other roster agencies (e.g. Media), analyze and present findings from consumer, brand, and market research to support the preparation of brand communication strategies and creative briefs. Prepare well-structured drafts using a content management system.
    • Take ownership of the strategy behind our digital marketing services; establish KPIs at onset and measure at completion to ensure success across all digital efforts.
    • Support the creative, account management, and new business team when pitching for new business with existing and potential clients.
    • Maintain detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting accounts; and new developments in the wider advertising and communications industry.
    • Measure and report on all campaigns and the entire integrated communications plan.
    • Monitor daily client programs to ensure positive activity through all marketing efforts.
    • Grow the Agency’s social network by increasing fan-base and interactions.
    • Interact with all key account manager and clients to help them reach their business goals.
    • Streamline Agency’s social media account (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and other social media platforms including the company’s website) and ensure uniform content and tone of voice for the landing page, graphics, and other relevant elements within the communities.
    • Update Agency’s social media accounts regularly with current and relevant photos, videos in a timely manner using appropriate contents.
    • Track and report key social media and website analytics on a monthly basis including Google Analytics, Agency’s LinkedIn Statistics, etc.
    • Using Google, search on keywords and look at our competitors’ brands for forums and directories that we can sign up to generate inbound links to our Agency.
    • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
    • Complete other social media and digital media project assigned.
    • Update and manage website content as needed.

    Senior Copywriter

    Job Description

    • Meet with Business Manager to discuss with client’s requirements, core messages, and target Audience
    • Brainstorm ideas and concepts for the visual and words with other members of the creative team
    • Write various copy Options, which may be presented to the client as a storyboard
    • Conduct research on the product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market.
    • Present ideas to the Creative Director, some of which may be rejected or developed into a workable concept.
    • Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the Art Director
    • Liaise with clients and interpret their briefs
    • Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar.
    • Oversee campaigns, bookings, and Liaising with designers, illustrators, printers, and photographers, and production companies.
    • Amend, revise, and redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account management team, or Clients.
    • Review progress and modify copy until the client is satisfied
    • Work on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

    Client Service Manager

    Job Description  

    • Take ownership and supervision of all elements of Pitch and RFPs submission processes from end-to-end.
    • Formulate strategic plans/ business initiatives for all brands within your care; thereby organically growing the business.
    • Source for new business and generate suitable leads for the agency through a defined sales funnel.
    • Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests.
    • Taking client communication briefs and converting them into creative briefs.
    • Coordination of process within the Agency from Creative, Media, and Production to achieve the smooth running of the campaign.
    • Presenting and selling creative work.
    • Conduct Quarterly competitive reviews of all the brands within your care.
    • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating, and seeking approval of any changes to these.
    • Promptly respond and follow up on inquiries/queries from brand contacts.
    • Develop and maintain a good job bag and billing system which must be shared monthly.
    • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions.
    • Working with Finance to limit write-offs, bill clients accurately, chase unpaid invoices, do reconciliations, and grow company revenue.
    • Monitor and follow up on all outstanding cost estimates with clients.
    • Monitor and follow up on lapsed clients.
    • Update the contract management system with campaign change orders (campaign delays, optimizations, etc.) and alert a team of changes that will affect revenue.
    • Manage and compile accurate and detailed weekly status reports for internal and external status meetings.
    • Ensure all reports get to clients on time with zero error tolerance

    Job Description

    • Develop communication strategies for advertising campaigns.
    • Conduct research to inform advertising strategies, using both qualitative methods (focus groups and structured interviews) and quantitative methods (demographic profiling and questionnaires).

    • Support new business team and Account Managers during business pitches.
    • Manage work, performance and professional development of team members.
    • Supervise subordinates and ensure team bonding.
    • Train and coach subordinates in areas of skill gap.
    • Develop ideas that can be used for seminar papers or articles on any area of Communications and Brand Management.
