    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketer to manage and enhance the online presence of two companies’ websites.
    • This role requires expertise in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, including content creation, social media management, Google My Business optimization, website management, email marketing, and sales campaigns.
    • The ideal candidate will be skilled in producing engaging content independently and driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through online channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Independently create and schedule engaging posts, stories, videos, and visual content.
    • Manage and respond to online customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
    • Monitor, respond, and engage with the audience to foster community and brand loyalty.
    • Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
    • Create high-quality, original content (written, visual, and video) for blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
    • Develop a content calendar, aligning with the company's marketing goals and upcoming events or campaigns.
    • Design graphics and visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other creative software to accompany written content.
    • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement across all platforms.
    • Maintain and optimize Google My Business profiles for both company websites.

    • Manage, update, and optimize both company websites to ensure fresh content and a seamless user experience.
    • Collaborate with developers if needed, but be capable of independently updating content and optimizing SEO.
    • Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and optimized for search engines.
    • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
    • Write compelling email copy, design layouts, and segment email lists for targeted outreach.
    • Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
    • Research, write, and publish blog posts on topics relevant to the companies’ industries and target audiences.
    • Ensure all blog content is well-researched, engaging, and optimized for SEO to attract organic traffic.
    • Maintain a consistent publishing schedule aligned with content marketing goals.
    • Create and manage digital sales campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting strategies.
    • Design and implement promotions and offers to increase sales conversions.
    • Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids and targeting as necessary, and generate reports on ROI.
    • Build and manage mini websites or landing pages for specific product lines, campaigns, or events.
    • Ensure cohesive branding and user-friendly design while optimizing for conversions.
    • Track and analyseKPIs for digital marketing efforts, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email performance.
    • Prepare reports and offer actionable insights to improve ongoing marketing strategies.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms to make data-driven decisions.
    • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when necessary.
    • Coordinate cross-functional projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and special promotions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on content creation (social media, blogs, email, etc.).
    • Excellent writing, communication, and graphic design skills.
    • Proficient in marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing software).
    • ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
    • Proximity to Job location is required.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with e-commerce and online sales platforms.
    • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite.

    Marketing Executive

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance in person and via telephone calls and emails on a daily basis.
    • Development and implement Marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goal of expanding Customer base.
    • Prepare reports of market and customer information by collecting, analysing and summarizing it on a weekly basis.
    • Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvement.
    • Deliver product samples for client’s approval as needs arises.

    Job Qualifications / Requirements

    Accountant

    Job Description
    Accounting:

    • Meeting deadlines for submission of Accurate Financial and Mgt reports to the MD by Day 1 of the succeeding month
    • Ensure all transactions are booked within 24 hrs of processing, Accurate processing and posting
    • Ensure that there are no Debit entries in the Bank Statement not in the Cash Book - All Payments should be processed into the cash book, not later than 48 hours
    • 100% generation of report with accounting software
    • 100% Compliance to statutory and tax issues
    • Review of projections and Creation of Expenditure Report.
    • Preparation of Audit schedules.
    • Debtor monitoring and follow up.
    • Ensure petty cash requests are processed and posted with established payment terms and policy. (24 hours for cash payments and 48 hours for cheques).
    • Ensure reconciliation of account with the Banks and ensure cordial relationship
    • Ensure funds availability for all cash operations by showing the true picture of all our account till date, No incidence of cash-out, Prepare document and ensure adequate cash at hand.
    • Timely communication of cheques pick up
    • Ensure efficient filing system - all documents are appropriately filed, all files are indexed and properly arranged, ease of retrieval. <2% incidence of inability to retrieve documentation.

    Store Keeping:

    • Disbursing of requested items from the store.
    • Responsible for up-to-date filling of the stock and bin cards.
    • Monthly reconciliation of stock cards.
    • Ensuring that the stock list is updated at the end of every week.
    • Assisting with the effective stock management of corporate gifts and other goods in the store.
    • Partaking in the monthly stock count of corporate gifts and other items in the store.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
