    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Description
    The Digital Marketing Manager will perform the following functions:

    • Oversee briefing of social media copy, usage of hashtags, and alignment with brand tone of voice.
    • Plan and manage social media campaigns in their entirety, then analyse and evaluate the results to see which programs were most effective.
    • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with campaigns or other brand messages.
    • Oversee the execution of social community management and dialogue moderation.
    • Manage the social media budget to maximise ROI and achieve business plans.
    • Regularly provide reports and campaign analysis.
    • Drive the process of creating dedicated marketing calendar inclusive of content, social and wider brand campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field
    • 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in digital marketing and analytics
    • Good understanding of marketing principles
    • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
    • Experience in brand and marketing strategy
    • Excellent knowledge of MS office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online Analytics, Google AdWords etc.)

    Head of Legal

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a Head of Legal to manage all legal matters related to the studio's operations, including negotiating and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing litigation and intellectual property issues.
    • The successful candidate will have extensive legal experience in the entertainment industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage a team.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all legal affairs related to the production company's operations, including negotiating and drafting contracts, advising on legal matters related to production, exhibition, distribution, and marketing, and managing litigation and intellectual property issues.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to copyright, trademark, and labor laws.
    • Review and negotiate co-production agreements, license agreements, and other contracts related to the production and exhibition of movies.
    • Advise senior management on legal issues and provide guidance on business decisions.
    • Manage the legal team, providing leadership and direction in their work.

    Qualifications

    Hotel Manager

    Key Duties / Responsibilities
    The Hotel Manager will carry out the following responsibilities:

    • Assume full responsibility for the hotel and hotel departments.
    • Carry out inspections of the hotel and its services daily.
    • Ensure hotel security is effective.
    • Promote and market the hotel.
    • Manage budgets and financial plans as well as control expenditure.
    • Maintain statistical and financial records, set and achieve sales and profit targets; analyze sales figures and devise marketing and revenue management strategies.

    • Adhere to budget in relation to both sales control and expenditure.
    • Be fully conversant with current legislation and licensing laws and to act accordingly.
    • Maintain a complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures and standards.
    • Uphold and understand statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules and Regulations established in the employee handbook.
    • Ensure that the standard of service provided to each guest is to the White Orchid Hotel’s defined standard.
    • Attend management meetings and trainings as and when required.
    • Ensure appropriate internal control system are strictly adhered to.
    • Train hotel staff where appropriate

    General:

    Qualfiications

    Sales Support Representative

    Job Role

    • The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the service team and actively promote the sale of spare parts and after sales services.

    Main Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate and ensure all preventative maintenance (PM) services are performed within the prescribed timeframe.
