Construction Site Supervisor at Bomart Integrated Services

We are seeking an experienced Construction site supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supervising, manage orders and deliveries of construction materials. 

Responsibilities  

• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.manage orders and deliveries of construction materials complete records for site reports. attend site management meetings. performing regular inspections of the construction site identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly, ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment organizing work schedules
• Create and maintain records of cash requests and disbursements.
• Keep proper records of materials brought in and out of the construction site.
• File all documents concerning cash or bank payment and collection.
• Perform every other task as assigned by reporting line.  

Requirements 

• Minimum of HND in construction mgt, 
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in construction supervisory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
