    Digital Manager

    • The role of Digital Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
    • Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals Report on investment (POI) and Key Performances Indicators (KPIs)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field and proven working experience in digital marketing,
    • Must have three to five years’ experience in digital marketing and advertising
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Working knowledge of ad servin
    • g tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

    Market Manager

    • The role of Marketing Manager a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

    Training and Recruitment Officer

    • The role of Training and Recruitment Officer will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
    • You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
    • They will hold an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, delivering training programs, and will be able to effectively engage and motivate employees or assessing candidates.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or related field
    • Must have three to five years’ experience as Training and Recruitment officer
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency)
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong decision-making capabilities
