    Deputy Registrar

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will assist the Registrar in the overall administration of the University, ensure effective coordination of registry operations, and support the implementation of academic and administrative policies in line with University regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Registrar in managing the Registry and general administrative functions of the University
    • Coordinate academic administration, including admissions, examinations, records management, and student services
    • Ensure compliance with University statutes, policies, and Regulations
    • Supervise staff, ensure effective job planning, and promote efficient service delivery
    • Prepare official reports, memoranda, and institutional correspondence
    • Assist in policy implementation and administrative planning across academic and non-academic units

    Requirements

    • Candidates must possess a good first degree, preferably in the Humanities, Law, Social Sciences, or Management Sciences
    • Minimum of thirteen (12) years cognate administrative experience in a University
    • Registration with any one of recognized professional administrative body such as ICA, ANUPA, NIM, CIPM, or related associations is mandatory
    • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply University Rules and Regulations.
    • Proven experience in job planning, staff management, and administrative control
    • Strong leadership, excellent human relations, and a high sense of responsibility

    Additional Advantage:

    • Possession of a higher degree and broader administrative experience within the University system will be an added advantage.

    Senior Lecturer (Nursing Science)

    Job Summary

    • Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Lecturer in Nursing Science.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, student supervision, and contributing to the academic and professional development of the Department in line with University standards and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Nursing Science and related courses
    • Supervise students’ research projects, dissertations, and clinical training
    • Conduct impactful research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals
    • Participate in curriculum development, academic advising, and departmental activities
    • Support accreditation processes and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
    • Engage in community service and professional development activities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) and a Master’s degree in Nursing Science or a related specialty
    • Ph.D. in Nursing Science or a relevant field
    • 9–12 years teaching, research, and clinical experience in a University or recognized institution
    • Evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals
    • Current registration and practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
    • Demonstrated teaching ability, research competence, and strong interpersonal skills

    Additional Advantage:

    • Evidence of postgraduate supervision experience
    • Membership of relevant professional bodies and involvement in professional activities

    Internal Auditor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and ethical Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
    • The role ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices while supporting management in safeguarding organizational assets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct internal audits and reviews of financial and operational processes
    • Assess internal controls, risk exposure, and compliance with policies and regulations
    • Prepare clear audit reports with findings and recommendations
    • Follow up on audit issues to ensure corrective actions are implemented
    • Support fraud detection, prevention, and control activities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2–5 years experience in internal audit or related role
    • Relevant professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is an advantage
    • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
    • High level of integrity and atte
